Senaat supports Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival


Senaat, a key industrial investment holding company in the UAE, has revealed its support for the 8th edition of the ongoing Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival, one of the largest and most celebrated cultural festivals in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The event which kicked off on December 1, will run until January 27, at Al Wathba.

In line with its strong tradition of social responsibility and ahead of the Year of Zayed 2018, Senaat will participate as a Gold Sponsor for the fourth consecutive year, said a statement from the company.

Held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, the festival is an annual event established to honour UAE’s founding father, late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan for his pivotal role in preserving the nation’s proud history as a gateway to the future, it said.  

Under the theme ‘Where World Cultures Meet’, the festival will celebrate the UAE’s cultural inheritance and the rich diversity of its traditions through live cultural performances, horse shows, date and classic car exhibitions, funfair, cooking classes and traditional crafts from the UAE and around the world, it added.

Eng Jamal Salem Al Dhaheri, CEO of Senaat, said: “Our company’s support to the festival reflects our dedication to upholding the deep-rooted values, principles, and traditions gifted to us by the Founding Father, late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.”
