Reef Venture gears up for Gulf Property mall event

Reef Venture Real Estate will be showcasing Difaaf Project - a premier development housing 534 residential units within the gated community of Reef Island - at the upcoming Gulf Property Show at The Avenues.

Bahrain-based Reef Venture Real Estate will be showcasing its prime development, Difaaf Project, at the upcoming Gulf Property Show at The Avenues, the kingdom's top real estate mall event, which opens next month.

Gulf Property Show at The Avenues, organised by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), is the winter edition of Gulf Property Show, a boutique showcase for real estate sector in the Northern Gulf held every April.

The event will be held at the kingdom's top mall for the second year from November 6 to 9.

Difaaf will boast two residential towers, built on a 16,000-sq-m plot of land surrounded by lush greenery within the gated community of Reef Island.

With a built-up area of 100,000 sq m, the prime development will feature 534 residential units, the majority of which will get to enjoy panoramic sea views, said the real estate company.

The residential units are being designed with flexible living spaces that are minimalist, elegant and simultaneously suit the needs and demands of the discerning buyers looking for comfort, quality and location.

The project aims to achieve the buyers’ standard within the gated community of Reef Island, and it will stand alongside some of the kingdom’s key developments at the heart of Bahrain, it added.

Lauding the Reef Venture project, HCE managing director Jubran Abdulrahman said: "Difaaf’s participation provides an exciting upcoming development for our visitors to view at the Avenues."

"We are honoured to have them join us at Gulf Property show reaffirming the value proposition that our real estate event provides the kingdom’s marquee developments," he added.

The Gulf Property Show at The Avenues is strategically sponsored by Golden Gate Developers, First Bahrain Real Estate and Durrat Marina and carries the support of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority of Bahrain (Rera).-TradeArabia News Service
