Capital Club, a Bahrain-based Premier Private Business Club, has announced its participation as a Silver sponsor for the Manama Entrepreneurship Week (MEW) that is now under way in the Kingdom.

The MEW is being held from October 20 to 24 under the patronage of Sheikh Hisham bin AbdulRahman Al-Khalifa, the Capital Governor, in strategic partnership with the Tamkeen Labour Fund.

The director of membership and events at Capital Club, Angela Beckett, said this sponsorship reflects Capital Club's keenness to continue its active partnership with MEW, as compared to the achievements of previous years.

Beckett said: “We look forward to hosting a series of meetings to be held between entrepreneurs and international investors. We are also delighted to provide a platform for seminars and training courses to enhance the business environment in Bahrain.”

The Manama Entrepreneurship Week (MEW-2019) targets 5,000 participants with the aim of honing their skills and competences to launch their own businesses and translate their ideas into tangible reality.

Manama Entrepreneurship Week is in tune with the Capital Governorate's drive to support young entrepreneurship and enable small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which represent a key pillar that supports the national economy and contributes to spurring growth. - TradeArabia News Service
