Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has announced that 70 per cent of the work has been completed on its prime development Aura, a freehold residential building in Downtown Jebel Ali, Dubai.
The 479-unit development, comprising 349 studios, 87 one- and 43 two-bedroom apartments, will be ready by the second quarter of 2020.
Giving a project update, Azizi said around 99 per cent of the project’s structure and blockwork, and 95 per cent of the internal plastering, was now complete.
The second fix of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) stood at 72 per cent, while the work on façade had reached 71 per cent, said the UAE developer.
According to Azizi, nearly 64 per cent work on the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) had been completed, besides almost 62 per cent for the overall finishing. The job on tiling, elevator installation, and swimming pools was advancing well, it added.
Aura had recorded a strong investor response, with its highly strategic location - nestled in the centre of Jafza, the largest matured free zone area in the world with the biggest port in the Middle East and Africa, and right in front of the UAE Exchange Metro Station - and outstanding connectivity as key selling points, said the statement from Azizi.
Aura is surrounded by Fortune 500 conglomerate headquarters and offers easy access to many business and retail hubs, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
