Lemon Tree announces UAE foray with 114-room property


Lemon Tree Dubai, a unit of Al Waleed Investment Group, has announced the opening of Lemon Tree Dubai Hotel, its debut property in the UAE. The 114-room property, located in Jumeirah, has been built at an investment of Dh100 million ($27.2 million).

UAE-based Al Waleed Investment Group has announced the opening of its Dh100 million ($27.2 million) Lemon Tree Dubai Hotel, marking the brand's entry into the UAE.

The 114-room hotel, located on Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah and close to the prominent landmarks of Dubai such as Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa, will be managed by Lemon Tree International.

The hotel includes a specialty restaurant serving different oriental and western cuisines, an outdoor lounge, a conference hall, a swimming pool, a wellness centre, and other facilities within the three-star mid-range.
