Majid Al Futtaim, a leading shopping mall developer and retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, Africa and Asia, has expanded its homegrown food and beverages (F&B) concepts with the launch of Kitchen 35 at City Centre Deira in Dubai.

Kitchen 35 is a specialty coffee and artisanal food café which boasts a locally-inspired menu and prides itself on sourcing quality ingredients, said the statement from Majid Al Futtaim.

The opening at City Centre Deira marks Kitchen 35’s first standalone cafe as well as its first location in Dubai.

Kitchen 35, whose name is inspired from 35-mm film originally used for motion pictures, is also located at VOX Cinemas The Galleria, Al Maryah Island and has two outlets in Saudi Arabia at VOX Cinemas Atyaf Mall and The Roof in Riyadh.

In addition to Kitchen 35, Majid Al Futtaim’s F&B portfolio includes Nutella@VOX, which serves desserts generously smothered with everyone’s favourite chocolate spread, Pizza Al Taglio, an Authentic Roman pizza concept serving freshly baked pizza by the slice and Top Bun, which specialises in flavour-packed sliders, wings and a variety of loaded fries.

Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas and Majid Al Futtaim Leisure & Entertainment CEO Cameron Mitchell said: "We are delighted to be opening a new outlet of Kitchen 35 as part of our commitment to introduce 20 new F&B concepts and homegrown restaurants this year."

"Consumers increasingly expect to find a strong variety of dining options when they visit the mall and Kitchen 35 is the perfect spot to refuel after a shopping spree," stated Mitchell.

Diners will be able to enjoy an array of hand-crafted foods including freshly baked pastries, gourmet grab-and-go sandwiches, super food salads and cold pressed juices, she added.-TradeArabia News Service
