Oman's Mazoon Dairy partners with National Training Fund


Oman-based Mazoon Dairy said it has signed an agreement with National Training Fund for provision of training and also employment opportunities to 100 Omani nationals across various sectors through its Qudarat programme.

Oman-based Mazoon Dairy said it has signed an agreement with National Training Fund for provision of training and also employment opportunities to 100 Omani nationals across various sectors through the second edition of its Qudarat programme.

Mazoon Dairy had recently celebrated the graduation of the first batch of 122 Omani nationals under the Qudarat's first edition.

The programme has been designed with a vision to train and support Omani nationals in joining the workforce, said a statement from Mazoon Dairy.

This training and employment programme will strengthen Mazoon’s operational expansion in the sultanate, it stated.

The Qudarat programme will offer excellent training opportunities for Oman’s talented workforce, followed by employment, remarked Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Ghafri, the chief support officer at Mazoon Dairy after signing the deal with Sharifa bint Tahir Aidid, CEO of National Training Fund.

Mazoon Dairy already has several products in the local market, including fresh milk and laban mainly in the governorates of Muscat, North and South Al Batinah, Al Buraimi and Al Dakhiliya.

It is now working to bring these products to the governorates of Dhahira, Al Sharqah, Dhofar and Musandam. This will be followed by the launch of juices, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
