Diyar Al Muharraq completes Al Bareh villas infrastructure work


Diyar Al Muharraq, a leading real estate development company in Bahrain, said steady progress was being made on its freehold villa development Al Bareh with all primary and secondary infrastructure works on its villas completed.

Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the largest real estate development companies in Bahrain, has announced the completion of all primary and secondary infrastructure works on the villas located within the freehold Al Bareh development on the northern area of the South Island of Diyar Al Muharraq.
 
Al Bareh villas comprises freehold villas overlooking the breathtaking waterfront and the main water channel, with plots ranging in size from 484 – 944 sqm, said the Bahraini developer in a statement.

Dadabhai Construction was given the contract for the infrastructure works and as per schedule it had started works in mid-February 2019, completing all infrastructure works.
 
Diyar Al Muharraq boasts an extensive and modern road network, and Al Bareh is soon to become the closest link to the upcoming Muharraq Ring Road within the city, shortening the distance from Diyar Al Muharraq to Manama. 
 
To date, Al Bareh villas are the most spacious in Diyar Al Muharraq to date, and the project consists of many unique features, such as the ability to add the Internet of Things (IoT) as an additional feature, smart meters, and energy-saving LED lighting, said the statement.
 
The Bahraini developer pointed out that both primary and secondary infrastructure works had been completed successfully to ensure that residents will enjoy a hassle-free living experience. 
 
This includes the energizing of the power network throughout the whole area, installation of potable water network, in addition to the installation of a stormwater disposal network, and foul sewer disposal network. 
 
All roads have been completed and fitted with street lighting and paths for pedestrian, running and cycling, additionally, residents of Al Bareh will be able to access high speed, fibre-optics communications network, through their preferred recognized service provider, it stated.
 
Diyar Al Muharraq has extended Dadabhai’s scope of work to add the construction of all infrastructure works in the Al Bareh area, which is planned to be completed by the end of this year. 
 
CHAPO, a strong, progressive, and well-established company, had taken part in many major significant construction projects during their thirty years of experience in the kingdom. 
 
The company had been contracted to construct the Al Bareh villas. Construction works on Phase One began in February.
 
The work included the construction of 36 unique waterfront villas and unique villas that are within close proximity to the sea. With a current completion rate of over 60%.
 
Commenting on the project's progress, CEO Engineer Ahmed Alammadi said: "We are pleased to announce our recent developments in the Al Bareh Project."
