The project is built across a total gross floor area of 26,659 sq m with a 720 sq m retail precinct, planned to comprise restaurants, cafes and convenience options.
With a direct access to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Sheikh Zayed Road, and the recently completed Route 2020 metro line, the development enjoys superb connectivity.
A family-friendly neighbourhood, only five minutes from Ibn Battuta Mall and 10 minutes from Dubai Marina and JLT, Star is one of the most ideally located residential destinations.
It boasts 486 residential units comprising 334 studios, 48 one-bedroom and 94 two-bedrooms apartments, as well as 10 sky villas.
Giving a project update, Azizi said the structure of the project is 100 per cent complete, while both the blockwork and internal plaster finishing are at 97 per cent and 96 percent respectively.
Façade works have reached 87 per cent, while the second mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fix has recorded 75 percent completion.
Air conditioning (HVAC) works stand at 72%, and overall finishing works are at 63 per cent. Moreover, tiling is now at 57 per cent, and external works and the swimming pool are progressing swiftly, it stated.
Executive Director (Engineering Division) Mohammed Ragheb said: "“We are delighted to reaffirm our promise to our valued customers, despite the challenges posed by the current prevailing situation. We are working around the clock to deliver this prestigious development."
