Spectrum wins Diyar Al Muharraq sewage services deal


Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the largest developers in Bahrain, has signed up Spectrum Company, a subsidiary of MM Kooheji group, for delivery of treated wastewater to the main irrigation tanks at the entrance of its premium mixed-use development.

Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the largest real estate developers in Bahrain, has signed up Spectrum Company to supply treated wastewater from Muharraq station to the main irrigation tanks at the entrance of its premium mixed-use development in the kingdom.
 
A subsidiary of MM Kooheji group, Spectrum is a leading provider of waste water removal, commercial cleaning and sewage services.
 
As per the deal, Spectrum Company will also be managing the delivery of treated wastewater to the individual irrigation tanks at sales office, the Shaikh Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa mosque, as well as the show villas for the following projects: Al Bareh, Deerat Al Oyoun, Al Naseem, and Al Naseem show villa access route. 
 
The company will also distribute water to different landscape areas located around Diyar Al Muharraq, said Engineer Ahmed Alammadi, CEO of Diyar Al Muharraq after signing the agreement with Hisham Al Kooheji, Managing Director of Spectrum Co at Diyar Al Muharraq’s headquarters recently in the presence of officials from both parties.
 
"This Spectrum partnership will enable us to provide the best services to our residents and visitors of Diyar Al Muharraq. We look forward to maintaining the quality of services provided by continuing to cooperate with well-known companies within various sectors," he added.
 
Commenting on the partnership,  Al Kooheji said: "Spectrum Co is well-known for its extensive experience, as it was established more than 100 years ago in Bahrain. The company has diversified interests in trading, manufacturing, real estate, contracting and jewellery across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia."
