Alfardan Properties, a leading luxury real estate developer in Qatar, has announced the renewal of its ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management system (QMS) following a successful audit of the group by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.

The ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard which focuses on several quality management principles including a risk-based process approach towards aligning the quality of products and services with the organisation’s business strategy, a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

The recertification is in line with Alfardan Properties’ strategy of encouraging a team-oriented approach on all business processes, focusing on the best interest of tenants, stakeholders, staff, contractors, and management and providing quality leasing and property management services, said a senior official.

"This achievement comes as a reaffirmation of our commitment to our customers and stakeholders to offer industry-leading real estate products and property management services that are benchmarked against best practices and global standards of excellence," remarked its COO Mohamed Sleiman.

It is a culmination of the combined efforts of all its employees and the quality team who strictly follow its framework within the scope of all business processes and operations, noted Sleiman.

"As we look to the future, we aim to continuously seek new ways to enhance our operations in light of the ever-evolving needs of our customers and the changing dynamics in the regional market. We look forward to accelerating our efforts to innovate and set new standards of excellence within the marketplace that in turn will further strengthen our reputation as the property market leader in Qatar," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
