Kuwait to float tenders for over 1,000 new residential units


Kuwait is set to float two tenders for more than 1,000 residential units being developed under the East Sabah Al Ahmad Residential City project, said a report. The first tender is for the construction of 587 homes, while the second is for 597 units.

Kuwait Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) has announced plans to float two tenders for more than 1,000 residential units under the East Sabah Al Ahmad Residential City project involving an investment of more than KD130 million ($431 million), reported Arab Times, citing reliable sources. 
 
The first tender is for the construction, completion and maintenance of 587 houses along with the public buildings, road works and parking lots.
 
The second tender is for the construction, completion and maintenance of 597 houses, public buildings, road works, parking lots and infrastructure service networks, it added.
